I could say “wine is a flavour and colour linked to our family for 3 generations now”.

But I can’t. What can I say instead, that one day I met this vineyard and I felt ripe.
You can grow a vineyard without having been or being a grower. You are just the man who takes inspiration from the vineyard to create a wine.

Artistic experience I would call it. You are part of the vineyard, You are “terroir”. You are the writer.
